Manage a small holistic health collective and the chiropractic practice within it. Assure the chiropractic team members are executing their jobs and furthering the mission of the health collective. We need someone to help with the day to day tasks that arise in a physical office. The health collective needs to continue to recruit and retain new practitioners. We need to get back on track with marketing and outreach, including a rebrand. We need to more effectively and efficiently use our time. We need your help managing us to allow those things to happen!
On the whole, the business does not need to make big changes as much as we need to stay on track with fundamentals. We need someone who knows how to manage and create structure for customer service employees and in business to consumer environment.
The holistic health collective as a whole and the chiropractic practice in specific both have a lot of opportunity for growth. As the practice grows and there is more money in the budget for this position, this could become a bigger job or it could keep a limited scope. We have a bookkeeper, accountant, IT service provider and cleaning service. This job will require coordinating those contractors.
Skills needed:
Experience managing customer service staff at multiple levels (hourly and professional)
Experience in business-to-consumer sales
Experience putting ideas into practice and taking projects from idea to launch
Passion for energy medicine and holistic healing (clinical knowledge not required)
Strong organizational skills using the Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, To Dos, OneDrive) and even stronger follow through abilities
Willingness to jump in and learn as you go
Strong knowledge of the Evanston community and surrounding area
Details:
Hybrid position. We will need you on site a few times a week, but never all day.
Approximately 10 hours a week with potential for growth
