Patient Care and Outreach Coordinator

Do you want to help others on their physical, emotional and spiritual healing journey?

Have you dreamed about working in a peaceful, vibrant, and healthy environment where you will be interacting with people daily and appreciated for your contributions?

Chiropractic First is an energy medicine and chiropractic practice that helps people heal their body, mind, and spirit.

With a focus on exceptional patient care and high rates of patient satisfaction, we are looking for a Patient Care and Outreach Coordinator who greets each guest and caller and helps them feel welcome, important, and cared about. Patients are supported in staying on track with their healing path and engaged throughout the process.

You have a strong commitment to your personal health practices.

  • Being able to communicate about mind-body healing with compassion and clarity is necessary. You do not need to have any professional experience in bodymind healing, but we need someone who personally understands the value and importance of alternative healing. This includes things like having an active yoga or mediation practice or utilizing chiropractic, acupuncture, or other body work.

You are welcoming, kind, patient and optimistic, and project a professional and polished image.

  • People heal best in an environment that resonates safety, trust and respect. We strive to create that feeling in all our interactions with each other and our patients.

You have an easy to understand and clear telephone voice. You listen actively and attentively.

You are a champion of customer service and excellent problem-solving skills.

You have a history of reliability and dependability, with effective organizational skills.

You will greet patients when they arrive in the office, help them schedule appointments, take payments and do the other tasks needed for the office to run smoothly (like refilling the paper towel dispenser and watering the office plants).

You will help patients stay connected to the office and engaged with their healing.

  • This involves making follow-up calls and emails to patients to schedule their appointments and sending targeted pre-written educational emails.
  • You will play a major role in our social media posts and biweekly email newsletter, and assist with marketing projects, activities, and other administrative tasks.

A ready to jump in and “fly the plane as we build it” attitude is essential.

  • Maybe the printer will break. Maybe the website will crash.
  • You will troubleshoot unexpected issues so the doctors can stay focused on patient care.

The job is 25-27 hours a week.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:30 am to 7pm (with a 2-hour lunch break) and Friday 8am to 1pm.
  • Once a month you will work a half day on Saturday.
  • This is an on-site in-office position. No remote or hybrid work options available.

Benefits include paid sick time, vacation days, performance based bonus structure and more.

This job is perfect for someone who wants to be a part of people’s healing with the stability of consistent part time hours in a space that values peace, vitality and a healthy work environment. Former employees have offered to be available to discuss the culture and working environment.

If you are not vaccinated, State mandates may require weekly covid testing.

Please email your resume and a note letting us know what your experience is with holistic healing. Professional experience in healing is not necessary, but personal experience is.

We look forward to hearing from you!
