Pain, restricted motion and other symptoms come from incorrect communication within your nerves. Pain is created by your nerves. Pain that lasts more than a few hours is rarely caused by a physical problem, it is usually a problem with how your body is communicating.

At Chiropractic First, we focus on your brain and your nerves. These are the places that create pain. Assuring correct communication between your brain and your body will decrease your pain. Start moving your body more. Start massaging areas that hurt. Even small, gentle movements will “re-set” your nerves. This will decrease your pain.
